Where are the products printed?

The designs are created by Le Bazar du Corsaire. Printing is carried out using techniques adapted to the medium (sublimation for mugs, textile printing for t-shirts).

They are produced in Saint Jean de Luz.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return an item?

Returns are accepted in accordance with the policy, excluding personalized items and items on sale.

Textile care

TEXTILE CARE SHEET

CARE
• Washing: 30°C maximum, inside out, gentle cycle.
• Spinning: low (max 800 rpm).
• Drying: air dry, avoid tumble dryer.
• Ironing: inside out, never on the design.
• Bleaching / stain remover: prohibited (risk of visual discoloration).

DTF SPECIFICITY (Direct To Film)
• Flexible and durable printing if care instructions are followed.
• Do not rub or fold the still-warm design.
• Wait 48 hours after receipt before the first wash.
• Avoid hot water and direct ironing on the printed area.

PRO TIPS
• Turn the garment inside out before each wash.
• Wash only with textiles of similar color.
• Avoid aggressive products or fabric softeners.
• To extend the life of the visual: hand washing recommended.

Is the mug dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes, the mug is dishwasher and microwave safe for normal domestic use.

We use a high-quality AAA grade mug.

Availability & lead time in case of stockout

If a model, size, or color is out of stock, it is possible to place an order upon request.
